We strictly operate a refunds policy on all orders. If your parcel has’t been delivered due to our error or if we have sent you the wrong product by mistake you will be entitled to either a full refund or return (see below returns policy). All of our orders are tracked for your peace of mind however, on the off chance that your parcel gets lost or held without reason please inform us that we can resolve the issue. Please note in most situations for return purposes we are only responsible for orders that have been dispatched incorrectly and not for any orders which have been placed incorrectly.

Our privacy policy is displayed at the final stage of the checkout process. This is because it is irrelevant to anybody who is not placing an order as no sensitive data is inputted anywhere else on the site. You can simply browse at your leisure!
